- Parent Name: Enter a placeholder name, then change it to the full name of the parent or guardian you’re addressing after you copy the output to your own email client.
- Purpose of Communication: Select the main reason for your email from the dropdown menu.
- Additional Details: Provide any specific information or context relevant to your communication.
2. Generate Your Email
- Click the “Generate Communication” button.
- Wait a moment while EmailGenius AI crafts your message.
3. Review and Edit
- Once generated, your email will appear in the output area.
- Read through the content to ensure it accurately reflects your intent.
4. Share or Copy Your Email
- Copy: Click the “Copy” button to copy the entire email to your clipboard.
